Shipping checklist

1. Complete a bird tag and an order form for every bird.
2. Call or email Bo before shipping to receive a work order number.
3. Leave birds in plastic bags, then insulate them with 3–4 inches of newspaper inside a basic styrofoam cooler.
4. Place the cooler inside a cardboard box and label the contents, such as the species and quantity.
5. Each bird must have its own signed identification tag with your name, address, phone, date and location collected.
6. Ship Monday or Tuesday through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Ship next-day or two-day based on weather. In summer, use next-day air.
